Traffic Limit

Hello,

I am working on the web page for http://thebananarepublic.nuclearfallout.net. I had just set up some forums on my web page and a some with the email address stephen@dodgeit.com stated

" Welcome to nuclearfallout.net more importantly you have surpassed your trafic limit please upgrade to a gold member or suffer overage charges."

I'm fairly sure that I haven't uploaded or downloaded more than a few mbs on the server. I'd like to know if this is a serious charge, or just someone blowing steam.

He has nothing to do with us. Just someone trying to pull a practical joke on you, I guess.
