AMX PLUGINS

you guys say to upload our plugins into the addons/amx/plugins folder, but i dont have one in my list, i just have addons/amx/plugins.ini and thats not it, whats up with that? how do i put my plugins in? then i tried the FTP link but when i try to click on the Addons folder the window closes? Help a brotha out!

You need to use FTP to upload the plugins, as we say in the FAQs.

The window doesn't close for me -- what FTP client are you using?

i meant the window closes on my when i try to open the folder "addons" on the FTP link in control panel. how would i know what FTP im running? where do i upload the files?

So you are using IE? It sounds like IE is causing you problems, if it is crashing when you try to open the folder.

You might want to try a 3rd-party FTP client such as WS-FTP LE.

ok so i got the FTP thing to work,i put in the plugins in the addons/amx/plugins folder. and put all the lines from those plugins in the plugins.ini, i go into my server and they still dont work, what am i doing wrong?

Did you restart the server?

everyone has been tellin me that but i dont noe how to get there...so wasup i restarted my server with the plugins in place and i still dont work
