VDS error

I check my ram and CPU daily to make sure I am not overlaoding my VDS, out of no where I was randomly disconnected from my remote desk top connection. I didn't think about it, thinking it was on my end. I left and 4-5 hours later I found out of my services aren't working and my game servers are not running. I was looking around and I found two errors, these errors are Error Microsoft - Windows Service Control Manager, and sidebyside error. I use TCAdmin for a control panel so I can allow my admins and mods for Garry's Mod to do things to the Game server without me giving them remote desk top. If anyone here could help me that would be great, I never seen this issue before or ran into this issue before I am not sure what to do to fix this.

The sidebyside error shouldn't be an issue. Though, can you post more detail on the Windows Service Control Manager one? Also, has this issue happened since?
