Gamemode and type help

Hi new friends, I need some help.

I am setting up a 1v1 arena server. I have already installed the mod files on to the server, however I am having issues with getting my game mode to be set and my maps to be what I want them to be.

My current game mode in my control panel is set to Arms race, obviously this is not the game mode I want. In the easy set up tab I have set the game mode to "Other" as well as the map management to a workshop collection. I saved the options and then restart the server only to find the server is still on arms race.

As for the maps, the selection I made for the default map is there when i start the server, but none of the maps in the collection are in the map list, only what appears to be some sort of default map list.

So I'm a huge noob and I need a little help. How do I get this game mode working?
