Problem with Warcraft3FT

I recently rented a server from nuclear fallout and i am trying to add Warcraft3Ft onto it copied all the sound, sprite and model files to the right place. Then I added the .amx file to the plugins folder and added warcaft3ft.amx to the plugins.ini file. I read the amx faq's and they said to compile it, i tried that and it says fatal error cannot read from file "Vexd_Utilities"

you need to have the vexd module running

I added the Vexd Module and it still isn't working there aren't any problems with starting the server but when you join the server there isn't the choose a race menu or anything no way to tell that it is even there. What can I do now??

I would recommend using http://www.war3x.net, their war3 works and runs really well.
