Spectating opposing team.

I have NO idea what i did but now I cna't spectate the opposing team in my CZ server. Currently i'm running both admin AND amx mod so maybe it is a clash of commands. I am not sure. Can someone please tell me the command I have to edit and to what property?

its most likely because you exec'd cal.cfg and when you change back to server.cfg, it doesnt set it back unless you set these cvars to 0

put in server.cfg:

mp_forcecamera 0
