I was wondering how i would go about using a different network interface for specific programs such as python when i have multiple ip addresses, My VPS/VDS has Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64bit.

Could you please provide us with a specific example of what you're trying to do? Most applications, if they can use a specific IP address, should have the option to configure it, so it can bind to the one you want.
