CS Stats Please Help Me

How to I enable the /rank and /top 15 stuff on cs stats. Every time someone types that, it says Server has disables that option. How do I enable it?

go to amx_statscfgmenu and setup stats

they will all be saved to a file named stats.ini in your amx folder
