Trouble with Plugins & Admin Commands

Hello, very new to server hosting but it seems pretty straight forward.

Set up my server, loaded into the server fine. I then added myself as server admin in the Server Control tab of the Control Panel ( and saw that it was confirmed ) but I don't think it is actually registering in game. Stopped & Restarted server but have had no luck. Could someone possibly give me some basic commands to enter in the console to check if my admin powers work?

I also downloaded and uploaded two plugins which are in the correct folders (/oxide/plugins & /oxide/config) but when I try to use the commands it says "You do not have permission to use this command".

I am on a trial period right now, for Rust (with optional updates). Let me know if you need any more info.

Additionally, on Easy Set Up, I have "Make crafting instant?" checked on and it is not actively working in game.

Via the console on the server control tab in your control panel, type "ownerid <SteamID here> Yourname" This will ensure you're an admin. Once done try using the "say <any text here>" command. If the server chat displays a message then you're an admin. I would expect Oxide plugins to authorize you after that.

As for crafting. IIRC that currently only works for admins, not regular players, but they are several plugins available to adjust global craft time.
