We've implemented a new automated system that will set up most types of servers within 5 minutes of purchase.

We've always been known for having fast server setups, but this makes them blindingly quick -- sometimes as fast as 30 seconds.

We primarily use Perl for our scripting.

This was a relatively simple exension to our existing systems as a result of some recent upgrades.

We're working on that. Upgrades are considerably more complicated.
