Server Kicking People On Entry

No one can connect to my server except for me. They try to connect and it says some or other reason: Kicked. I dont know what the hell this is. I asked them to bring down there console the next time it did this and look for anything about reservation because i thought it may be a problem linked to reserved slots but they said they didn't see anything of the sort. Please tell me what to do and how. Thx

Since that's a server specific problem, you'd need to email us or visit us in IRC.

It's definitely a configuration issue with one of your plugins.
