These plugins aren't working on my server, someone please help

I made this server about 2 months ago and the plugins were working fine until now, i don't know what the problem could be but if someone knows please reply to this post. I would really appreciate it.

These were the plugins that weren't working:

These plugins seem to be working on other servers but not mine. :(

Do you remember if there was something major you could have changed to have a starting point?
