CSGO Servers with different ports

Ok title says it all here is what i have for currently 2 CSGO servers on same ip but with different ports

I am trying to run 2 csgo servers and in the srcds properties say for the target "C:\xgn\srcds.exe -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 -port 27015 -tickrate 128"

for one server and

"C:\aod\srcds.exe -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 -port 27016 -tickrate 128"

since we have only 1 IP i can run say 2 servers but with different ports. When i try to start of both of them one of them will close down both are up to date. Is there a step I am missing?

When i try to run both servers one will close by its self.
