When I leave the host with the open running server, after few hours it will freeze and not respond, all my players in game are complaining at and it keeps going repeatedly. my solution with the host will freeze is to reboot it in control panel website. if this keeps going on i will loose my business.
Also when I remoting the host for a few hours it will freeze and will not respond and what i have to do is disconnect and reboot it in control panel.

Does the application you're using tend to use more memory the longer it's running? I would strongly suggest monitoring memory usage, to determine if the system is running out of memory and hanging. The Windows Event Viewer logs will help with determining this, as well as any logs generated by the software you're hosting.
