Need Help

I have NFO Dedicated Server and I have a non profit license from Teamspeak but when I add Teamspeak to server it only stays up like 2 hours then it shuts off. I used to have MTCO and it never done that. I contacted Teamspeak they said it had to do with the server. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

How are you adding it to the server? Are you using a control panel? Running it directly?

When it exits, whatever triggers it should give you a message explaining why. You can also check the server log to get a better idea of what might be going on.

Like my race starts at 8pm est so I put teamspeak up at 7:30pm est then by 9:30pm est it shuts down. No log or anything it just shuts off.

It’s a dedicated server like Remote Desktop.

You should start by checking its logs, and the system logs.

I don't have experience with troubleshooting TS3 servers run on Windows. The Teamspeak forums would probably be the best place to ask for software support for it.
