my ftp i cant log anymore

hello wepainters here

i use the cute ftp program for my server as i am used to it
however i cannot log into it anymore

i have changed my rcon password on the server.cfg file
and have tryed to log into my cute pro ftp with this password and user name and it does not work

i also see that there is a diffrent password for ftp login on the control panel
file manager page this was working before i reset my cute/ftp program

so what do i do the message i get is contact server administrator

you need to use the designated ftp password listed on your file manager page. rcon password has nothing to do with FTP.

if its not responding, set the ftp password you wish to have in the server 'account' tab and wait approx 5 min for it to set.
