vds and vps

so i did everything right i try to connect to the vpn it doesnt i get 2 errors

Thu Jul 12 07:39:21 2018 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Thu Jul 12 07:39:21 2018 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

i repeated the steps again 3 times still the same.
i followed himcody1 steps so if anyone know anything about this issue plz tell me

hey john so for this post i did himcody1's steps i followed them step by step but i get that error john when u see my new post this one i want you to copy and past my errors on google you will get something can u explain it for me because i didnt understand it
