The developers have not spoken to us about this game yet. But, if it meets general hosting requirements, it is likely that we will be able to host it.
From the Steam page you linked, it looks like they have chosen to use the split official versus community server model, which is always unfortunate to see (we think it's better when anybody can run their own ranked servers). They appear to have made the decision to partner with a specific company to run their official dedicated servers and to advertise for that company's dedicated server offering. It's unclear if others will be given the files and allowed to host.
