See if Linux Game Server Manager can help you with that. I've used it before to host servers, and i like it.
Linux isn't "shit", it's just more difficult to use if you're not experienced with the terminal interface.

What specifically as far as setup do you need help with? If you are running a managed game server or a hosted game server from NFO most of the basic setup is in the control panel. If you're trying to get it setup on an unmanged VDS or Dedicated server that would obviously be a little more intensive to setup. If you're running managed I would set your basic settings in the NFO Control panel and then grab AMX Mod X and upload and configure it. From there you can add plenty of addons from AMX Mod X plugins site to control or add to your server. I can help sterr you in the right direction but I would just need a little more info instead of just setting it up.
