OK so I rent a VDS and yesturday the server crashed with a blue screen of death. After restarting the server it now uses most of the CPU.
After a little help from tech support I found out that Isass.exe is the issue.
My question is how do I fix it?
Any help would be great.

That process processes logins from what I'm seeing online.
You may want to use your Firewall tab on your panel to block traffic to port 3389. Before that blocking rule, you should create one to allow traffic from your home IP address.
You should also verify that Windows is updated.

OK so I made sure the server was up to date and tested blocking that port. Does not seem to make any difference on the CPU load.

What are you seeing in the system log? It should tell you if login attempts or other system activity is occurring.
Did you also disable file sharing, NetBIOS, etc., as described in viewtopic.php?f=46&t=4746 ?

Re: Isass.exe using 80% of CPU
At this point I wiped the server and am reinstalling it. CPU usage is down to around 10%

That's sad to hear. If you see it again, definitely recommend looking into it more closely.
I also do recommend following the steps in that guide, unless the services are needed.
