Not Able To Access VPS

For some reason the virtual machine says it is running but it wont let me access it through putty and i have certain files on it that i would like to save. Is there anyway to fix this issue on my end please let me know thank you

A good first step would be to use the VNC console tab of the control panel to investigate and determine why SSH is not accessible.
