engine files amxx

hello wepainters here

my problem is this

we are running the ultimatewarcraft3
amxx mod

i have added a missile plugin works great with the exception
of once a missile is fired it doesnt record the kills on score
for the rest of map for any of the players

to fix i need to add
engine_amxx.dll
engine_amxx_i386

the server will not allow me two put the engine_amxx.dll file in

Request denied.
Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation

Sounds like it could be a few things, i'll try to hit you up on AIM to solve this problem
