Hello everyone,

Tonight our clan ordered a server and its awsome and now we would like 2 add stuff like stats me and some other basic plugins but no one has ever had 2 deal with this stuff before and therefore were all confused and dont wanna just go mess up important stuff!!! I REALLY NEED SOME HELP maybe someone can do it for us but if not a thurough explanation would be just fine. Were lookin for a good STATS perhaps a little bit or gore, and other server configs. We need cal.cfg and stuff but i dont even know where 2 put it so it wouldn't make any sense for me 2 go dl it right now.

cal.cfg goes in the main directory, the same directory your server.cfg resides in. You can use file manager to upload small files such as cal.cfg, or you can use FTP to upload cal.cfg

Statsme can be added by us if you didnt request it at time of order, we can put it on there free of charge, simply come into our IRC channel (see IRC post stickied above in this forum) and we can install it then.

gore mod will need to be downloaded from amxx site(assuming you just got your server with amxx):

Thanks a lot im glad that NFO is so helpful thats one of the main reasons my clan chose 2 rent from u guys!! Anyway, i figured out how 2 install plugins with the help of the amx mod x GUIDE thingy Now all i need 2 do is add the NEW cal.cfg and finish adding my admins. But, i dont know how 2 add maps PLZ HELP LOL

ok here's a step by step for adding cal.cfg
method1
1.) download it to your computer from caleague.com
2.) open the files on your computer using notepad
3.) delete the line 'rcon_password' from the top of the cfg.
4.) go to your nuclearfallout control panel at http://control.nuclearfallout.net
5.) go to the control panel and click "create a new file"
6.) in the file name field, type in ./cal.cfg
7.) copy paste from the cal.cfg on your computer into the big box on the new file in the control panel.
8.) repeat the process for calot.cfg

method2 (only if you use Internet Explorer):
1.) download files from caleague.com, edit them and remove the rcon_password line, then save on your computer.
2.) go to your control panel
3.) go to the file manager and click the link in the paragraph where it talks about your ftp.
4.) when the new window pops up, simply drag the files from your computer into that window alongside other files such as server.cfg and autoexec.cfg

once you've completed either of these, you should beable to run the rcon command, exec cal.cfg
then you're good to gogogoogog
