I dled a web template for my website that i have through you guys. Exactly how do i do this? I mean upload it and stuff?

look at the website tab of your control panel. it has a link that you click to login to your ftp using internet explorer. if you prefer to use a separate ftp client, the information to connect is listed in the small paragraph at the top of the website tab. To upload just drag and drop the files into the main directory.

i've tried that. but then when i go to my website i get an error message.
