Update on Facebook requiring sign-in: I'm no longer experiencing this after moving my proxy to Frankfurt. It's possible that Facebook doesn't recognize that IP range as a proxy, or it's possible that GDPR restrictions disallow Facebook from requiring sign-in. Not sure.

It may still be a good idea to have a Facebook mirror, though.

For the 2-step verification, is it possible to have the "enter" key map to "login" instead of "abort"? I've noticed if I use an autofill on the code like some password managers, if auto-enter is enabled it just auto-aborts.

It's possible the manager is a little buggy and uses the second "submit" entry, instead of the first one (which is what it should use). I've changed the "Abort" button to a "button" type now, which might resolve this for you.
