Suggestions thread?

i have too many ideas, i'm sure the thought of a post just for random suggestions has came up, but hey i'll mention it anyways.

i shared a referral link with my friends, and the description seems a little...dated. not a huge deal, but some people may read it and not really feel its their scope

i really believe there is a surge for people that are wanting to play around with their custom react apps, and if we could somehow facilitate an easier way for them to test out their projects...the addition of templates to VDS is HUGE. I have been helping many friends learn the ropes, but honestly now is an excellent window to jump on this sorta thing. i know some ai will host a website for you, but its not really the same

i know a react app is very broad in scope, but i think a lot of people would love to be able to easily share apps with their friends etc. I've been trying to work on a social frame work for such ideas, but even that is pretty tough to do. but hey, maybe someone here is smarter than me and will pull it off *shrug*

By all means, if you have thoughts or ideas, please feel free to share them. If there are too many for one post, making a separate post for each one would make sense, as that can keep the topics organized.

Your image shows what seems to be discord or something similar and that pulled up some page or summery of our site, but not the donation page. I really don't know where that came from.

As for some sort of React sharing platform, that honestly sounds more like a request to develop one rather than a template to install/configure something. Is there an already existing example of the sort of platform you are talking about?

We're happy to take a look at any templates that customers come up with and consider them for the overall list! If there are a lot of them, we might make it so that they can be flagged as shareable, and a code can be entered into the form to use someone else's, or something along those lines.

That seems like an old summary of our offerings, and I'll have to look into where it might be getting it. Keywords meant for search engines, it appears.

I'll have to see if i can somehow create like an example of what i mean.

First thing that comes to mind, is in chatgpt, you can say something like "make me a single page react file, that can be used without vite. Use bootstrap for styling" then insert your random example app. So for example, my friend had this idea for an app on helping someone count cards. You can do quite a bit with just a singular react .html file these days, but to make that file accessible remotely, is way more work for a novice

I will just write up a better example, even so much as make like a mock up order page/control panel etc.

Again these are just sort of ideas
i already had a webserver so i didnt need something like that, but im sure for people that are just getting into it, would need a little more "guidance". And maybe my initial vision would be nothing of what the final revision, but i believe the conversation is what will lead to something beneficial to NFOServers.

I'll get an example thing going and post it either here or in the general threads
