Using procon on my BF4 server

Post by Mime »

Hey there, I have literally 0 idea how this stuff works but I want to make a Server that isn't private/unranked that has a minimum player count of less than 4. I've been told to use procon but I have no clue how it works. Like I don't even know how to connect it to my server or whatever, if someone could give me a step by step guide or something of the sorts that'd be greatly appreciated!

Having a server with those specs and using Procon are unrelated.

Procon is a remote admin/rcon tool, though it does support plugins for extra functions. It is not strictly needed to run a server, though. If you rent one of our Battlefield 4 servers, we include our own admin daemon that you could use instead, if you wish. You can read more about our BF4 servers here:

If you want to use Procon or learn more about it, you can find the download, documentation, and plugins on their site here:
