Does anyone know how to use black bag oops custom combat edi

I really need help on this one. I cant find any details or anyone who can tell me how to install black bag oops battlefield vietnams custom combat editor v1.2.1. I downloaded and installed it on my desk top but when i make mods to game nothing happens. I need to know what file that i should be runnng this program in thanks

It looks like the readme file included with the program actually has all the information you need. Are you following the instructions in the readme as far as what you need to do to publish to the game server?

Thanks man I looked for the read me file and couldnt find it before after you posted I went back to look for it and there is was must have over looked it thanks a lot.

I read the files but it doesnt tell me how to envoke cced from my BFRSM. The option for server isnt even highlighted

In the readme, it indicated that you needed to have both of them open, and they communicated via some sort of voodoo.

It's hard for me to say since I didn't write the program and we don't officially support it
