Now ive got some thing figured out I have more questions.

On my php-nuke website how do I make a skin for it or even change the logo at the top. I dont see why this is so hard.

its hard to make a skin but there are lots that you can download.
to change the logo you just need to make a new file called logo.gif and replace it with the one thats already there. (via FTP)

to install a new theme, you need to download a theme somewhere, and upload it to the themes folder on your webserver FTP. Then you can install and change to it via the admin panel and profile.
