Im a nooby to this clan server thing

I rented a server from nuclearfallout and did not have much luck with it. I could not find it on the find servers window of steam. I connected to it using the IP address but really did not know how to do anything but change levels. I couldn't even change the server name. :oops: Is there some way that I could get support for configuring the server and maintaining it???
