Public Server

I just upgraded my priavte server to public. I also canceled the old subscription as told. Now how long Will I have to wait before I can take off my server's password?

it will be changed within 24 hours, it will change from private: yes to private: no in your descriptions, thus no password needed soon.

I was explaining that in your description tab of your control panel, we make the modifications of changing the private from yes to no, thus there is no password needed for your server.

the changes will most likely be tonight, but can take up to 24 hours.

So, would I be violating the TOS or any rules if I took the lock of my server?

Because i DID pay an extra 15 dollars

If it tells you your server is not private on the Description page, feel free to unlock or lock your server at will.
