Where the blue line spikes down, what does that mean?

P.S. I noted that my server uptime is only 8 hours. Did we have a big crash last night?

Dips in the graph occur when our systems are unable to query your particular game server. This usually occurs either because your game server is changing maps at that time or because your game server has crashed. If you think it is due to crashing, and aren't sure why it's happening, please email us and we can work with you to help determine the cause. (Sometimes it's actually due to bugs in the game itself, such as with CS:S, although usually it's due to buggy plugins or custom maps.)

It's very rare, but occasionally a machine itself will crash. If this happens, our systems automatically reboot it and write a message to your Event log.
