I cant get cal.cfg working.....

Im using my server as our cal scrim server and for some reason cal.cfg doesnt work. I put in on the ftp and execed it but it stii doesnt work. any ideas?

is this a cs 1.6 server or a cs source server?

if its cs 1.6, it should go in the main directory where server.cfg

if its cs source, it should go in the cfg directory, where server.cfg is

so wherever you see server.cfg, put it there

also could we have your identifier, something.nuclearfallout.net, something part please.

Its a 1.6 server and its in that folder when i exec it says cal cfg execing but it doesnt do anything.

are you doing this:

rcon_password mypass

rcon exec cal.cfg

mypass = the rcon password you specified in server.cfg

Thnx that worked but i have another question. i say it execs but the litle things dont pop up telling everyone else. Should i turn off amx mod and try and ideas?

cal.cfg isnt supposed to do that, thats called a lo3.cfg

you can get a lo3.cfg from there, get the lo3.cfg if you have a regular server, or get lo3accel.cfg if you have an accelerated cfg and rename it to lo3.cfg

cal.cfg is a file, you keep it by itself, lo3.cfg is the same

if you meant folder, it goes into the main directory, where you see server.cfg and autoexec.cfg, both of these files go into here.
