Changing game options

Need help configuring .ini files to changes things such as adding mutators, default map and gametype, and adding bots. This is for a ut2004 server.

I also need to know where to put the music files eg. .ogg as there is no music folder just a sounds folder

Followed those steps and still can't get it to work
