I am very much interested in havin NFO host my next server.
1. Is there HLSW and HL2?
2. Does Ventrillo come with automaticly?

in the latest updates of HLSW, there is added source support for it
make sure you have the latest from http://www.hlsw.net.
As for ventrilo servers, they do not come with gameservers, they are available in nyc, atlanta and LA for various pricing on the pricing page, ie 16 slots for 9.99. This is a full server for your use, you can use whatever codec you wish with it, and have full control over it.
