I ordered a 30 players server, but only got 28?

When on the order page I chose "30 players - $139.99/month" but why my server got 28 players max?? email confirmation also said 28 for $139.99/month

If you use reserved slots, your server will appear to be less players from the outside in order to make it so that your admins can use the the others.

You can enable or disable reserved slots on the Easy setup tab.

"amx_reservation is 0"
no admin mod
sv_maxvisibleplayers is "default"

(I also wouldn't recommend orderng a large server like that one without the ping accelerator. It makes a big difference for large servers.)
