I purchased a server and it said Ventrillo was an option

When I purchased my CS 1.6 server it said at no charge i would be provided a Ventrillo server.

1. is Teamspeak availible, also at no charge? if so how do I go about setting it up?

2. if not how do I go about setting up a Ventrillo server?

Ventrilo servers do cost extra. Where did you read that there would be no charge?

We don't currently offer TS servers.

I must have misread it then I thougt it was included with the server rental. If not it answers my question.
