Please note the "compulsive poster" ranking isnt meant to be derogatory to you in anyway, its just a built in rank in phpBB2 when a user has over 50 posts. We could change that easily, its just not something we thought would cause a problem. (but we will change it for ya

As for the payment, if we detected a payment failure as you mentioned, that is the reason the server was shut down. If you noticed any error on our part with the billing, you should contact us immediately via rentals_at_nuclearfallout.net (since we cannot verfiy your identity over the forums). Anyway, the server has not been totally erased and can be reactivated within about 2 weeks without any data loss at all.
We hope that you continue to be a loyal NuclearFallout customer and try to work with us to find out what happened to your server.

at least a newbie would be expected to be compulsive
