if you do all aspects of the upgrade via the form, ie new subscription and cancelled the old one, it will be done automatically assuming that this is for a Steam based server.

This is the same server. Can u resend the email or something. I dont see the file i cancelled the old subscription but dont see new one.

the new one was on the page after the request for change, when you selected "existing server change"

there was a link to it, if you do not have that page open anymore, please email us for that link.
