yea I cancelled my old subscription. Where do i go from there? Help please
Here's the way upgrades work.
- You use the Price/order page to request the change.
- It gives you a new subscription link, and tells you that you need to sign up for that link and cancel your old subscription in paypal.
- You sign up for the subscription link.
- After you sign up for the link, a reminder email is sent by our systems that you also need to cancel the old subscription, so that you don't forget.
- You cancel the old subscription.
After that, the changes are made automatically.
This requires no manual intervention on our side. How quickly the upgrade is performed is entirely dependent on how quickly you perform the steps.
