HELP MY WEBSITE IS LAGGING / NOT WORKING

Hopefully I catch most of you before you make your own thread.
Our router in seattle has crashed and we are working on fixing it as I type this. Traffic has been averted to our back up router which is trying to handle the entire load but is unfortunately slightly lagging.
I realize this explantion is incomplete; we will have more for you very shortly.
Edit: let me just note, this should not be affecting your Seattle based gameservers in any way; aside from the fact that your control panel will be slow to respond. Also, we've constructed a replacement for the router and will be installing it very soon.
