Seeking help starting up Dark RP server

Hello all,

Having recently purchased an 18-slot NFO server for Garry's Mod, I want to make it into a successful Dark RP server. The way I want to go about doing this is through creating custom jobs, implementing a few good addons and making new entities.

Unfortunately, I am inexperienced with running a server and I need help. I am looking for someone who can help me modify files and add new ones so I can do what I want to with it. If anyone would be willing to help me get my community on it's feet, I would appreciate it and reward you with a position of authority.
