Need help on FPS
I recently bought Dedicated Machine and OS is Managed Windows 2008. Does anyone know how to change startup line commands on control panel? I just wanna add 1000 fps and pingbooster.

FPS rates and settings will vary per game. What game are you planning on running? Also is your machine managed or unmanaged?

I have Managed Dedicated Full Machine on Windows and counter strike 1.6 installed. I have servers but they are not 1000 fps.

You can change the startup line through the "Managed panel" page, but you shouldn't -- it's better to edit settings through the .cfg files. In the case of CS 1.6, sys_ticrate 0 in the server.cfg will give you 1000fps on the server side, and our servers come with this configuration by default.
