Reporting a false accuser and getting logs for court

So I recently am being sued for false accusations and would like logs of a VPS of who installed what on a i.p address is that possible or no?

If this was a server that you owned, you can contact us directly and we will do our best to retrieve logs for you. How about if my friend was the owner of the VPS and I have a sub account to access the server?

As long as you were allowed to access the access logs in question at the time they were posted, it should be possible for you to directly request them.
