I'm not sure what you're asking here. Are you saying that our default installation doesn't work properly? Are you saying that you installed an update and it broke something? Are you saying that you installed your own from-scratch version of it and it didn't work?

I would recommend using CentOS 6.5 instead of CentOS 6.4, if you are starting from scratch, and using our autoinstaller. Both our 6.4 and 6.5 installations have been tested to work, though.

Javier, which Installation of CentOS are you using, 6.4, or 6.5?

Also, did you use NFO's auto-installer, or was this a from scratch installation?

You said you updated the kernel, can you list the update (as shown from yum), that you used that caused this issue?

I see some references to VNC in your original post, is VNC what is having trouble, or the VDS entirely?

Also, I see references to CentOS and version ID's but no mention if this is from a startup screen, or something in terminal
CentOS (2.6.32-431.3.1.e16.x86_64)
CentOS (2.6.32-431.1.2.0.1.e16.x86_64)
CentOS (2.6.32-358.2.1.e16.86_64)
CentOS (2.6.32-358.e16.x86:64)
Can you reference as to where/when you see this information?

If you're stuck at the GRUB screen with a file not found error, have you tried selecting one of the other kernels in the list (cursoring up/down to it and then pressing enter)?
