Ok, New the the GMOD server, trying to setup for my son. CANNOT for the life of me get METAMOD SOURCE running, were looking to install METAMOD, SOURCEMOD, then Source bans....

Any advice or alternatives?

little more info, i did update the VDF to ../garrysmod/addons etc.... im using metmod 1.10, tried 1.11.... nothing. wont load.

Last time I checked SM/MM don't work with Garry's mod.

Thats what I was thinking.... So ULX it is?

I was really hoping for something to interface with my seperately hosted forums...

Yes, ULX and UliB are pretty much your only choices.

Thanks! Any advantage between ULX and ULiB? Ive seen ULX, seems straight forward. Just have to manually admin bans on forums etc...

Ulib and ULX go together, ULX depends on Ulib being installed.

There is a sourcebans addon for GMOD that is written in LUA. I can't find the link right now but a bit of googling should get you what you need.
