uploading to file manager with ftp

so i would like to upload some files to my file manager but it only will work through ftp not scp or sftp. i want to use scp or sftp to provide encryption, how can i do this?

As far as I know this is not possible with game servers.

Encryption isn't really necessary for most game server files, intercepting the data is not only difficult and unlikely for a game server, but most malicious users shouldn't care about the information in these files.
