after trying for several hours to create a simple domain to point to the ip of my server Team Speak 3 using the panel, I contacted the support, I spent hours trying to answer or an explanation, however, that guy could not explain anything beyond pass an link of a tutorial for me
and after nearly 22 hours talking with him in support he says this:

If you want to come back in about an hour we have a tech coming in who is more familiar with setting an "A" and SRV records.
REALLY?!!!!
I am pretty sure that the panel domain have some bug after following the tutorial it never works
I wonder which one someone explain clearly how to create that damn field, or a TRUE ADMIN to fix my Domain Panel
A picture of the domains tab would be helpful. The tutorial definitely works and has been followed personally by me a few times.

thanks for reply
I tried to create as you showed in the picture the only difference was obviously the domain, however unsuccessfully. the subdomains do not work on the client ts3
clicking the domain created to test it points to: http://_ts3_udp.ts.mydomain.net

You should really post a screenshot of your domains tab so we can see what you're doing.

Few things going on here. The IP you posted in that picture doesn't appear to be your TS IP. At least not according to what was listed in your control panel and what I tested. Second your TS3 is running from an unmanaged VDS and appears to be on the stock port. Therefore you don't need an SRV records, a standard "A" name record should work just fine.
I also dug a bit deeper and set up an "A" name record on a separate domain here. It also failed. Looking around for the error it gave this happens when you're running TSDNS along with an SRV record. You should disable TSDNS and redo the steps.
