General server help and models

So im kind new to server hosting but i do know how to manage one,
but since i recently opened this server its in the coding early stages and im trying to put addons onto the server but i don't know how, also once i get them on how to make a custom class or basically a new job.
Also if any one hear could help me code the server, i need a helping developer ill be willing to pay if i have to but if your all about the money don't want to help and end up trolling us or just generally being unhelpful please don't ask then.
