Wordpress Scheduled Posts Not Working

This has happened ever time I try and Schedule a post via our Wordpress Sites.

I even tried installing a plugin that was supposed to fix it. No luck.

Are you sure that you have the cronjob set up correctly?

In regards to the plugin it say we have to do nothing. If that needs to be setup on our box or whatever I have no idea.
